Exchanges & Refunds

Although we hope you love your LEAH SHLAER products, if you receive an item that needs to be returned or exchanged, we will be happy to help.  Please be sure to follow the below guidelines prior to sending your item back.

RETURN POLICY

We accept LEAH SHLAER items purchased through www.leahshlaer.com in new condition with tags and liners, unworn, for a full refund. You have 14 days from the day of purchase to return your items. Note, final sale items and accessories are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a store credit. Any items purchased on sale, or with a discount code, will be refunded based on the amount purchased, not for the most recent marked price.

Once the returned items are received, for sanitary reasons they will be inspected for: liner removal, liner stains, tag removal, washed items, makeup stains, and other signs of tampering. If LEAH SHLAER has any indication of the item not being returned in new condition, the item will be shipped back to you and your refund request will be rejected. It is highly recommended to try on your purchased items without makeup and deodorant on, while wearing underwear. Please also return in the original bag or tissue wrap, to avoid dirt on your requested return.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Contact LEAH SHLAER at sales@leahshlaer.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send back items without contacting sales first. After confirmation, please send back your items in the original plastic packaging, with a tracking number.  LEAH SHLAER is not responsible for lost or stolen items through mail. If you send a package without tracking or contacting sales and it is not received, you lost the opportunity for a refund.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you ordered a pre-order item and would like to return or exchange, please contact sales@leahshlaer.com. Pre-Orders have 21 days from shipment to return or exchange.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Contact LEAH SHLAER at sales@leahshlaer.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Do not send back items without contacting sales first. After confirmation, please send back your items in the original plastic packaging, with a tracking number. LEAH SHLAER is not responsible for lost or stolen items through mail. If you send a package without tracking or contacting sales and it is not received, you lost the opportunity for an exchange. Once the items are received, you will be able to exchange for an alternative size. Shipping costs will not be associated to your exchange. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refund confirmation takes between 48-72 hours, on business days (exception of Holidays). Once confirmed, your bank could take anywhere between 7-21 business days (exception of Holidays) to post to your account. For banking details, please contact your bank directly.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
